Lee Badger is a computer scientist at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), and manages the Security Components and Mechanisms group in the Computer Security Division of NIST’s Information Technology Laboratory. Mr. Badger has over 20 years of experience with computer security research, with a focus on operating systems and access control. Prior to joining NIST in 2008, Mr. Badger served as a Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) program manager for 6 years where he funded and managed a variety of programs focusing on self-regenerating systems, intrusion tolerance, self-defending applications, software security analysis, and software producibility. Prior to joining DARPA, Mr. Badger led development efforts culminating in implementations of Domain and Type Enforcement (DTE) for UNIX, a DTE-enforcing firewall, a Generic Software Wrappers system for UNIX, and application of software wrappers for intrusion detection. Mr. Badger holds an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, College Park, awarded in 1987.

Robert Broberg is with Cisco Systems. Robert was one of the initial three Distinguished Engineers at Cisco, has supported academic engagements, and has previously worked in Physical Sciences at AT&T Bell Laboratories. Robert has patents at both Cisco and Bell Labs.
||Dr. Moore is a Technical Fellow at Comcast Corporation, where he manages the software architecture for the company's consumer-facing web and mobile applications, which serve billions of requests per month. He has been leading the charge at the company towards agile development, distributed systems engineering, and hypermedia APIs. Jon is equally comfortable giving architecture talks and personally writing production-ready code. He received his Ph.D. in Computer and Information Science from the University of Pennsylvania and currently resides in Philadelphia.|

Dr. Douglas C. Sicker has held various positions in academia, industry and government. Presently, Doug is the DBC Endowed Professor of Computer Science at the University of Colorado at Boulder with a joint appointment in, and the Director of, the Interdisciplinary Telecommunications Program. Doug is also the Executive Director of the Broadband Internet Technical Advisory Group (BITAG). Prior to this, Doug was the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Advisor for Spectrum at the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA). Doug also served as the Chief Technology Officer of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and prior to this he served as a senior advisor on the FCC National Broadband Plan. Previously he was Director of Global Architecture at Level 3 Communications, Inc. In the late 1990Ã¢â‚¬â„¢s, Doug served as Chief of the Network Technology Division at the FCC. Doug has also served on and chaired numerous advisory and program committees. His research and teaching interests include wireless systems, network security and network policy.
Dr. Sanjay Udani serves as the Executive Director for Internet and Technology Policy in Verizon's Public Policy, Law and Security organization. Dr. Udani is responsible for developing and coordinating Verizon's policy positions on issues impacting emerging services and technologies related to the Internet. Prior to this position he was one of the lead architects for Verizon's fiber to the home deployment (FiOS), leading the architecture for Internet data service, video on demand, home networks and network policy management. He previously designed video processors for Intel Corporation, is the recipient of several patents and is a Senior Member of the IEEE. Sanjay earned his Ph.D. and Masters in Computer Information Science and Masters in Electrical Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, as well as an undergraduate degree in Economics from the Wharton School.
